Nutrition disclaimer

What this calculator can tell you, what it cannot, and when to check with the restaurant or a health professional instead.

If you have a food allergy or coeliac disease, do not rely on this site. Tell the restaurant team about it every time you order.

Not Guzman y Gomez

This website is made independently. It is not run, sponsored or endorsed by Guzman y Gomez, and the brand and menu names are used only to identify the food. If you want something from the restaurant itself, such as prices, offers or a complaint, contact them directly.

How reliable the numbers are

Every figure describes a standard recipe, as published. A real order can land a little higher or lower, because food is made by hand, portions vary between people and restaurants, suppliers change ingredients and produce differs by season.

Custom builds are worked out by adding or removing the published difference for each swap or extra, so they are estimates built from published parts, not a measurement of your actual meal. Small rounding gaps are normal as well. See the methodology page for how we handle them.

Allergies and cross contact

We list the allergens named in the published information, such as gluten, milk, egg and soy. We cannot tell you what happens in a particular kitchen on a particular day. Shared fryers, shared utensils and shared surfaces mean a dish can pick up traces of something that is not in its recipe, and recipes can change without us knowing.

So for any serious allergy or intolerance, speak to staff in the restaurant each time and follow their advice over ours.

Vegan, vegetarian and gluten friendly tags

These tags describe the ingredients in the published recipe. They say nothing about how a kitchen prepares or cooks the food. In particular, “gluten friendly” does not mean gluten free, and should not be treated as safe for coeliac disease.

Not medical advice

The site is for general information. It cannot account for your health, medicines or circumstances. If you live with diabetes, kidney or heart conditions, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating, please talk to a doctor or an accredited dietitian before using calorie numbers to make dietary decisions. If counting numbers ever starts to feel stressful, it is fine to step away from it.
