Reporting a wrong number
This is the most useful message we can get. To help us check it quickly, include the name of the item, the figure you think is wrong and where you saw the correct one, such as a screenshot of the restaurant's own nutrition information. A link to the page on this site saves us hunting for it.
Ideas and bugs
Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. For a bug, the device and browser you use help a lot. Feature ideas are welcome too, although we cannot promise to build them.
What we cannot help with
We are not Guzman y Gomez, so we cannot help with orders, refunds, vouchers or complaints about a restaurant. We also cannot give allergy or medical advice. For those, speak to the restaurant or a health professional, and see the disclaimer.
Replies and your privacy
We read every message and reply when we can, though there is no fixed response time. There is no contact form on this site on purpose, so the only thing we receive is the email you choose to send. How we handle it is covered in the privacy policy.
